BOOKINGS

•   To confirm your reservation you should prepay within 5 days, 25% of the

     amount of your total stay, with a minimum deposit, the cost of 1 overnight.   

•   Prices include all taxes

•   Animals are allowed in the houses after communication

CANCELLATION POLICY 

​

•    Cancellation made more than 20 days from check-in date are free of any

      cancellation fees.

•    Any cancellation by the client within 19 days will be charged one day stay, within

      7 days will be charged 25% of the total amount. In the case of no-show the deposit is       no longer refundable.

•    No refund is available for early departures (partial or full).

Kythera Houses properties operates 1st June to 1st October

Housekeeping is every 3 days, or according to your stay.

Towels & Linen provided every third day, free of charge.
